Worst Experience: were filling ordinary water in mineral water bottles and we all got sick.

Recently, visited Shirdi and decided to stay in Hotel Goradia - a 4 Star Hotel in Shirdi. As I am travelling for the first time to shirdi, thought to book it early. As its a 4 Star, assumed everything from service to rooms to food will be good.... Plan was to reach in the evening, get fresh, do the darshan in the night as well as early morning and return. When reached there, I was taken back with the kind of reception, we got. The people at reception were not at all poilite. As the main purpose was Sai darshan, we didn;t mond that much and asked them to give us deluxe room key. Even after doing the booking early, we have to wait at reception for 40 min without any reason. Finally, hotel boy came and took our luggage to the room. Ambience: If you judge the hotel with ambience, you cannot rate it as a 4 star. DOn;t know how it got this rating. It looks very dull from inside, no proper lighting....etc etc...... Room: It looked like a very old room with paints & distemper coming out of walls and ceiling. Room was stinking and didn;t looked like it was cleaned recently. Complained at the reception on which they showed a executive room which was more costly but with same condition except smell. As we left with no other option, we continued at the same room. Restaurant: Then came the real shock, went for dinner at the hotel restaurant. It looked like a road side hotel which is under a central A/C. Service was horrible. Took 1 hr to get order delivered. Tables were not at all clean. It was a shock to see such thing in a 4 star hotel in shirdi. and quality of food, its better I avoid writing it. We didn;t had much there and went to bed. The only good things about the hotel is its location. Near to the temple. Other than that, there is nothing good about hotel. We have spent more than 3k for one night stay in this 4 star hotel but it not at all worth that much. So whoever goes there, please think twice before opting for it.
