very friendly front dest excellent room service though we checkrd out late we were not charged excess hotel called us a taxi without extra charge

It was great, the hotel had great view of valley and had several small gardens with some beautiful flowers (all going little wild but I like it that ways!). The place was good for staying with family and pocket friendly. The staff is friendly and adjusting and the food is superb specially if you are travelling with kids it is almost home cooked. Will love to go back.

I had searched a lot on internet for the best Hotel to stay while in Mussorie. I found very positive ratings for this particular hotel Padmini Nivas. After almost a search of 2 weeks, I finalized to book a Deluxe room on MAP basis at hotel Padmini Nivas. It was a wonderful stay at this Hotel and I would love to be there every time I am in Mussorie. the room in which I stayed had a great seating area, with view of mussorie valley. Outside the room was a common area, which looked very royal with \'fireplace\' and a large LCD TV in place. Overall it was a great Heritage experience for me and wife staying there. It is located bang on Mall road and you can take a stroll in evening upto the end of Mall road near picture palace. Picture palace area is the most happening one in Mussorie, as it has all the latest brand shops with likes of Dominos, Mcdonals etc.

Best Experience: Hotel staff was awesomely well mannered and quick to react to any room service request you have. Manager on the reception looked a bit uninterested in handling customers, but another manager was very pleasant to talk with. Food was at its best, as long as you are a vegetarian. Breakfast was mouth-watering everyday.

Worst Experience: Nothing, really nothing.
