very nice place i like it very beautiful destination, jc residency is an elegant place, We stayed here for 2 days and one nite, very nice stay with my family here, the rooms was very nice and decent, very tasty food, liked the interiors, over all it was a good experience.

stay in JC residency was OK, the room furnishing are preety old and would advice hotel management to replace it. activities and location is good enough for a medium budget hotel.....

Best Experience: the best part of stay in JC residency is play activities for the kids, and its location and connectivity with the city.

Worst Experience: the food was terrible & cold and for me it was the worst part.. also the room furnishing was old and not maintained. even the gym was locked done like for ages...

Overall experience is good and would like to visit the place again.

The worst part of this Hotel is it is everything is available but not working any moment to the guest we talk 1.Heater is not working was available 2.Hot Water heater is centralised only for the specific timing not for individuals it is public system 3.We tried to have lunch in restaurant but not possible

Best Experience: Overall the man power and they facilitation bucket hot water by the people is so nice but these grounf level employess should be taken take very well and good hard working younsters for room service

Worst Experience: Many times i should expect Maintenance support this hotel is not user friendly to the guest stay
