very nice place very beautiful destination, i loved the nature here i would say it is the heights of glory, very friendly staffs, The cleanliness and maintenance of the entire resort was unimaginable, rooms are very nice very neat, clean and very tidy i loved it, over all it was a great experience. 

Best Experience: very nice food, royal rooms and very neat.

lovely place the front office was good the rooms are neatly maintained but needs furnishing the food is great the service is good a place to go overall

Vagamon Heights October 30th, 31st We two families went to Vagamon heights resort. We travelled from Bangalore to Kumily and reached resort by 7.30pm. It was quite dark but road is very good and the resort was very easy to find. We parked our car near the office and went in their jeep to the accommodation which we had booked. Our personal cars are too sensitive like a bride for the natural road inside the resort. The jeep drive from the Gate to the Cottage was very good. We could hear the water stream on which the Jeep went, It was dark and we could manage to see and enjoy the road with the help of head lights of the jeep. The family cottage which we boarded was very Good and away from the other crowd and closest to the view point. After relaxing for some time we drank Tea with light Snacks. Staff gave us a good welcome and arranged for camp fire and barbeque very quickly. As we were tired of night journey from Bangalore and decided to have food quickly, Dinner was very delicious. They did serve us both vegetarian and non vegetarian items. Staff was very good to meet our demand on food. They were travelling in jeep from our cottage to kitchen. We could not escape from leech on the Grass. Guys helped us to apply salt on our feet to escape from leech bite. The stair case to balcony is wooden made and there is no continuity between every step. Balcony is well constructed and we could see the Main Road which is almost 5kms away. The bedrooms and bath rooms are very clean and well maintained and we had a good sleep. The cottage was in surrounded by total darkness, we felt as if we are in mid of deep jungle. We could see the heavy rain through the white curtains on glass windows. Next morning we were up by 6am sharp and climbed to view point. We were lucky as there was no thick fog in the valley. We got an awesome view with fog, the early morning sunshine with drizzle. We made our tea and boys served us a delicious breakfast. We ate breakfast on the lawn which was a different experience. We went to view point again in jeep. The highlight of this resort is the jeep safari. The jeep driver and the attendant were explaining us on every view point in the resort. While going to lake the route was quite steep and we thought that driver has lost control and going in a valley. He asked me to close eyes before I realized we were on flat road. This drive is something memorable in life time. There is a small tea estate, rose garden and a natural lake in the resort. Boats were equipped with life jackets. There is a small island in the lake. The tree house is excellent; they do have halls for mini conferences. They served us vegetarian lunch which I had never tasted earlier. They packed a snack for us to serve the kids on the way.

Best Experience: 4 wheel drive - Jeep Safari on the uphills\' peddle boating, suicide point, Food.

Worst Experience: Nothing- not even any suggestions to them
