"Poor experience"

it was pathetic experience with hotel, they will they in Munnar AC and Fan not required and also they wont provide Hair Drier tooo even if we go for head bath.

The hotel has a good ambience and stays away from the crowded main munnar market. It is loacted at a prime location and easily accessible to all other facilities a traveller looks for. The hotel rooms provides you an amazing view of a old british church. The staff has been warm and supportive. They have a vegetarian hotel which has amazing food, not expensive also.
Best Experience: found it as a value for money hotel.

It was not very comfortable. Munnar was really cold but the heaters in the resort were not working. The restaurant service timings were restricted. The rooms were very small for the price we paid.

Over all the hotel seems to be good. You can enjoy with family if you are looking at value for money accommodation (economical).the standard rooms are only Rs.1200 even during season.The executive rooms are good and spacious and they charge Rs.2000.00
Best Experience: The front office staff Mr. Surendran was very good and courteous.
