we faced some issues with the hotel but they did not hear us out , apart from that the hotel was fine , the food and the rooms were good and the service was good too.

My stay to Shristy Garden resort was wonderful, no word to explain, only experience can speak. Staffs are well disciplined and professional. A real place to relax. A Place that you would always want to come back.

Had trouble getting food prepared but once we got the food, it tasted good. Walking distance to the Old Falls. Quiet. Great place to relax. Do not expect great service.

Best Experience: Location

Its a good place away from the bustle of people. A calm place to relax and rejuvenate. Not much of hype around the place but maintained really well. Just half a km from old courtallam so can have a walk down for a falls bath !

Best Experience: All thro the three days stay we could take bath in the natural old courtallum falls and had homely food made as per our wish. The only suggestion would be have a good children play area. Excellent advices were given to places to visit.

We usually go to courtallam on vacation in the month of August. This time there was no Saral (drizzling) during our stay time of 4 days.Town has developed with hotels and restaurants. The owner of the resort is near the resort itself and looks after the comfort and safety of the inmates. It was windy and had relaxed at ease without any noise pollution.

Best Experience: We had seen a Millipede which would be of 10" to 12" of length and with a colour combination of Yellow and Black. On the arrival day one of our rooms A/C was not working properly, the owner itself attended and immediately shifted both of the rooms to other new cottage, without even our requisition for near by rooms. In the morning I had gone out for a walk without anybody else.A attender from the reception followed me, for security, and after few minutes he came to me and said it is not safe to walk all alone in the early time and was watched me reaching back to room safely.

Worst Experience: Only thing they has to pay attation is food service which they prepare only if we place orders 3 to 4 hours before itself.
