this hotel is the best in Kolkata.... the rooms are very clean, service is top grade and everything about this hotel is open and spacious...The room was excellent - modern, streamlined décor, all sorts of amenities and a very good The staff (like in all ITC hotels) are very helpful and courteous.

excellent hotel. no comparison for the hotel at all.it is very well located,near to many of the spots to visit.the best thing is the staff behavior,very well mannered.the rooms are very spacious and the interiors are fancy.the food had lots of variety...
