we were pleasantly surprised.The brushetta was excellent an fresh and so was the risotto - although a very small helping. Service is very Indian like they paid a lot of attention for the indians. the views of the arabian sea were splendid from the room but i must say the size of the rooms were a bit small but very comfortable.

The location is fantastic. we got a sea view room. most of the landmarks such as the gateway or the afghan church or Leopold Cafe are 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes walk. very well appointed, very clean, nice comfy bed, great breakfast included in the rate.the best service oriented hotel I hav come across from the front office efficiency to the security in the entrance.

One of the Vivanta range of hotels,do expect the comfortable room, good amenities, spotless and clean bathroom with contemporary fittings and perhaps most importantly, the well trained, professional and friendly staff.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay there again. Great hotel and really friendly staff. Recommended to all.

Had a nice stay. However, food is an issue, same breakfast on all days which gets boring after the first day. They have a nice pool, gym, sauna too. Worth the while to stay here. Quite close to business district as well as tourist attractions of Gateway, Colaba etc.

Worst Experience: Same breakfast menu everyday.
