wonderful location of sea front & back waters at same time, very well maintained resort

Nice Resorts with good spa and great food. Ideal location for all ages. An memorable place to spend an weekend.

I stayed here for 1N & 1D.The Location and appearance is really good.With backwater behind the resort and Beach in the front its arguably one of the better resorts in Cochin.However its way to far.But if you are looking for a peaceful location in Cochin,this one is simply gr8.Food & service is decent and nothing bad to write about other than a limited menu.

The best thing about the resort is its location between the beach on one side and the tranquil green backwaters on the other. The beach lets you relax or take a dip in the safe and soft waves as long as you want. The resort is neat and well kept. Checking-in took a long time because they were still cleaning our room. There are different kinds of accomodation to suit all needs. Oddly, there is no rrom service. You want something to eat, take a rather long walk to the restaurant.

Best Experience: The best experience we had was the ample photo opportunities within the resort with lots of hammocks and swings set against the backdrop of the still waters of the lake behind. They grow fish within the resort and it would be ideal if the guests can do some fishing as an activity. Its a shame they are not doing it. The vegetation and the aquariums are spectacular and quite well maintained. The best thing however is the beach where we took the kids for a long dip. The water is warm and the waves gentle. We had a whale of a time in the sea.

Worst Experience: The front office personnel are totally inefficient. The problem is, that no one is in charge. You request something, and they always refuse. We had to wait over one hour for our room even though we arrived exactly at check-in time as we had booked. No one dared to tell us exactly how much time we had to wait. The least they could have done is to offer us a cup of coffee/softdrink. During the waiting my son tripped over a stone and fell down injuring his knee. Soon the wound was swelling and I asked the reception girl for some ice cubes. They didnt have any. So I aksed for some cold water to pour on the wound. It took them 20 min, by which my son was really in pain. Later, to our dismay I found that they had actually charged for the cold water.

last june we stayed for 2 nights at cherai beach resort. We had a nice experience and the location and the concept of resort is excellent

Best Experience: We took kerala massage which was a relexing experience after 10 day tour of kerala

Worst Experience: room service and restaurant service is bit slow needs improvement
