I traveled to Port Blair in the month of December 2016 on a family holiday trip. I booked a room at this residence through a travel agency. The residence location was in the city center. It was convenient and easy to access. The appearance was good with the overall looks. It was neatly maintained. The reception was friendly and cordial. They completed the booking process on time. They were helpful. Rooms were clean and neat. It cost Rs. 1100/- per day. It was very good with the maintenance of all the required facilities. It was clean and spacious. The room service was just okay. No restaurant so we had food outside. Free WiFi facility was there. There were no fun amenities. The overall service was good and just normal. I indicate the executives to have their own restaurant in the residence.
The destination of the hotel was very nice. The appearance of the hotel was excellent. The service was done on time. The hotel was very good. There was no delay in check in and checkout process. The food quality was very good. The activity was not arranged by the hotel. I don't have any suggestion for this hotel. I had visited this hotel with my family.
Very nice and clean hotel. Drinking water is pure. It's very near to shipping port from where Havelocks and Neil ship depart. And it is also very near to Aberdeen market. Just 2 minutes walking from shipping port and 5 min walking distance from Aberdeen market.
During the visit to Andaman I, with my wife and daughter stayed Ashiana Residency Inn, Port Blair. It was a nice experience to stay there. The rent of the room was very reasonable. We were provided good services. The room was nice enough to be stayed into with all necessary requirements. The location of Ashiana Residency Inn is very proper as the main market & Bus Stand were nearby on walking distance. The port to go to Havelock Island was at a stone's throw from the guest house. Overall, we felt very comfortable staying in Ashiana Residency.
The food at this hotel is brilliant. In our 5 day stay we always preferred to eat at this place. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had a nice view. The staff was very polite and helpful. They told us about the must visit places and how to reach the destination. All in all we had a really good stay.
There was no issues in locating the hotel cause they provided pick-up facility. The appearance of the hotel was excellent whereas the staff services was friendly. Excellent room along the working amenities but there was no view and no hygienic laundry service. The food was excellent but there was spa, swimming pool except gym along trip facility and check-in and check-out was organized well whereas they provided trip facility and suggestion to reduce the tariff.
I had no difficulty finding the hotel and it was more like a home stay so it has no fancy amenities. The rooms were clean and well maintained and there was a working in the room. There is no food being offered by the hotel but they bring it from outside. This hotel was value for money and I would recommend this to others who are looking for a budget stay.
Along with my family, I had visited this hotel in February for relaxation. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was 2 kilometers away from the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly. The appearance of the hotel from outside was average and from inside it was awesome. The room was very neat, clean and well maintained with amenities with good function. The food was good, with buffet. The destination was value for money.
We (two families) had visited Andmaan in April 2013. In spite of taking tour package, we decided to book all tour our-self. When we were surfing on net to get an affordable yet good and convenient accommodation we stuck to some reviews of Aashiyana Inn hotel Port Blair. Reviews were positive and we booked the hotel after some telephonic talk and negotiations with the owner Mr. Shaadaab and transferring some amount online to their account. Since we had not taken any tour package and we were strangers to Andmaans, hence we were expecting to some one providing proper and honest co-operation at Port Blair. We were lucky enough to get the right person as Mr. Shaadaab. He was very co-operative and arranged almost all of our tour. We never got worried about what and when and where we should now travel. He arranged all tickets and permissions timely. Though they doesn\'t provide any restaurant but they arranged delicious breakfast for us and we found nearby the \'Annapurna\' restaurant where we enjoyed lunch and dinner. He also arranged laundry service for us with the help of someone other. State bank ATM was also nearby which is a necessary amenity when we are travelling. The rooms are air-conditioned, clean, maintained, with balcony and scenic view, toilets were also clean though somewhat small. Above all of what we feel was congenial and cooperative service of hotel staff and Mr. Shaadaab.
