The hotel was convenient to locate. The hotel was centrally located in the city. Check in and checkout was done without any problem. The room given to me was neat, clean and well maintained. The hotel was about half a km away from the beach. Market view could be seen from my room. I had taken the food from the hotel itself. All the amenities which were provided in the room were working properly. Both veg and non veg food was served in the hotel. The food was good in quality but the price of the food was high. The hotel had not provided the activities. I would like to stay in this hotel again. I had visited the hotel with friends.
The stay at hotel is good, the colengoute beach location at Goa is nice, the rooms of hotel are small, the is no any arrangement for lift inside the hotel, if you want to go on 1 st or 2 and floor you must have to use stair case, there is no any entertainment activity in hotel, the food is not so good, the liquor is not available in hotel, the swimming pool is small, the service is not so good, the hot water is not available in bathroom, there is no any game zone or disco thack in hotel, we have taken see food and non veg food from out side the hotel be because the food is not as good as we paid at the hotel, the reception is not good.
The place located is awesome, quite close to calangutta Beach. The hotel rooms are very good, complementary breakfast was also good, the room service was not up to mark. They denied for drinking water. There was no hot water facility. Anyways it wasn't required but still they should have installed hot water as an option. The swimming pool was well maintained. Over all it was good staying there.
The hotel is nice. It's very near to all good beaches and very close to Calangute beach. Food and beverages are also nice. Especially breakfast is very good and unlimited. Staff also very cooperative. But the problem is rooms are little small but good enough. Swimming pool also small but nice.
I booked through a travel website and when I reached there they said there was no booking. Then they gave me a room on the ground floor which was not good, stuffy. Location is good, near the beach but the hotel needs renovation and refurbishment. Breakfast was decent enough. Do check out other options before going for this one.
We went there at the end of February and stayed there till march first week. It's good to stay somewhere in north Goa if you are visiting for the first time. Anup holiday homes is a good option if you are not willing to spend much for the stay and are going to spend max time at beach and clubbing. They provide free breakfast and that too tasty. It is advisable to plan Goa trip on Saturday so that you can visit the Saturday market. It is a delight to eyes, you will feel as if you are in some russian market. Overall my experience in Goa was very good. Just be careful of the taxi fare charges they ask for huge amount. Check with local cab driver's instead of the tour and travels. Buy wine from the anjuna flea market(every Wednesday)its very cheap and good. Buy cashews from govt shop only if you want good quality and price. There's a shop adjacent to anup holiday homes and it was good. Let me know if you planning your trip and my experience can help you plan any better.
A worst place to stay. If you want to destroy your vacation book a room here Wanna know the reason? Here's the reason, have a look 1. I did a booking for 3rd December 2015 (booked in early November). Reached hotel on 3rd had a great day in Goa, next day got a call from Reception. Here is the excerpt of what I was told by the hotel staff Mr. Vikash Gadekar- " Sir, your hotel was cancelled on 1st December and now you have enjoyed our service so YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT". Isn't it interesting, after digging with more details he said that he got cancellation mail on 1st of Dec'15, but didn't bothered to inform me about it 2. Anyways I agreed to PAY for the second time (assuming I will get the refund for miserably cancelled booking). The asked for a RENT of 2500/- (the online price was much lower). I didn't wanted to destroy my holiday mood so went ahead and PAID with my DEBIT CARD The most interesting thing comes here I am PAYING for accommodation at RIVASA RESORT and my payment went some miserable account, named >>NAMRATA CATERERS, and I was provided with a fake slip no Invoice (Let me tell you the hotel rent I paid was Rs. 2000, which is more than Rs. 1000/- so all tax rules and Invoice rules gone dead). I asked for a genuine Invoice and queried about why payment went to NAMRATA CATERERS but the staff was in no mood to answer or provide me with a genuine Invoice, and said that this is the only Bill we give TO ALL GUEST and we don't have any other bill This is what happens there I forgot to mention even those fake Bills / receipts are Captioned as ANUP HOLIDAY HOMES (old name of Rivasa Resort). Have those bills and call recordings safe with me, please pm me if someone know the right place to report this issue Don't forget to have a look at the attached so called Invoice of Rivasa Resort, unfortunately there is no option to upload audio file. :(
I visited this place in the first week of December. The location is excellent, just half a kilometer from the Calangute beach and 2 kms from Baga beach. The rooms were neat and tidy and the food was decent Limitations; The service is not up to the mark and the complimentary breakfast is also not satisfactory.
Amenities : Pool inside hotel, complimentary breakfast (till morning 9 ). Rooms were okay, not actually due to moisture beddings were not that good. You can also enjoy TV. Towels, soaps were provided Services : Room service was okay and staff behavior was kind. Best thing about this hotel, very near to the Calangute Beach(700 meters). For family a good option but if you are going as couple can look for other options also. Meals wouldn't be provided so you have to look out for it, but not to worry, veg and non-veg options are available nearby the beach.
