Very famous Apsara Vihar Or Fairy Pool

A narrow fall, closed to the Pandav Caves, forms a natural pool, here even children may enjoy as it is a shallow pool. Nice spot for photo shoot, as " The Ashoka The Great' one song was pictured here. Behind the Apsara Kund a local story support, that British ladies used to take bath in this pool. Peaceful and shallow pool worth to visit with families and children.

Awesome and peaceful

Nice place to visit, awesome! Very peaceful place. Foreigners visit this place frequently. At the time of British days in India, the word "Apsara" was used by local adivasi residents for British ladies, who used to visit this place for a bath.

Okay, but not worth the trek

Enjoyed the place, but had to trek for almost 3kms. Wear shoes and good for people who have never trekked before.

A royal bathtub.

It was a 35+ degree sunny day when we reached Apsara Vihar in Pachmani, but as we saw the beauty of this venue we forgot all our indolence. There are Five Kaunda for taking a royal bath, and also it is less risky. A perfect picnic spot for a family.
