Baba Balak Nath Temple, a hill-top temple, is among the most frequented shrines of the town. The Sidh Baba Balak Nath Temple is located on the Graner Hill. This cave temple dedicated to Baba Balak Nath, an ardent follower of Lord Shiva.

Situated 3 km from Kasauli, devotees from around the county come to pray at the shrine. According to belief, the prayers of childless couple are heard by the Lord. The shrine also features photos of the blessed child. One of the highlights of the shrine is the numerous sculptures of Lord Shiva.

Devotees stand in queue for long hours for the 'darshan'. Worshippers have to remove their shoes and leather accessories, like belt and purse, before entering the temple’s premises. Chanting of mantras, related to Lord Shiva like 'Om Namo Narayana' or 'Om Namah Shivaya' or 'Salutations to Shiva' are heard around the shrine.

Entry of females is strictly restricted inside the cave. The festive season of Navratri is celebrated with great zeal. Another location, close to the temple, that captures attention of tourists, is The Shah Talai, which is connected through ropeway.
