Booked by Employer Company for us each time we visit Delhi for monthly meetings, the hotel never fails to provide a safe and comfortable stay. Perfect for professional stays, the staff, the rooms, the food and other facilities are totally up to the mark.
The restaurant offers an eclectic mix of Indian and western cereals for breakfast, but the lunch and dinner menu are pretty good, and portions are large. The rooms are clean and reasonably spacious, there's a range of national and international TV stations available, and the staff are very professional. Note that I did not find places to buy bottled water or snacks within short walking distance of the hotel (at over 40 degrees C, so the nearer, the better). The hotel is not able to change money, but you can do that at reasonable rates at Khan Market . . This is a reasonably-priced hotel on a main road with an elevated metro line directly in front, in a not-very-salubrious part of Delhi, but just a 15 minute metro ride from Khan Market, and just three or so minutes on the metro to Nehru Place. The service is reasonable, but don't ask for laundry service - my few items were returned not that clean and still smelling of the odour I had hoped that a good washing would relieve them of. Unfortunately, when I had asked if it would be possible to weigh my suitcase (pending the airline doing it and possibly charging me), the very kind gentleman trundled my suitcase away and on his return, announced 40 kg. After discussion, it appeared that the weighing machine was broken, and that the 40kg was a best guess. So do bring your own weighing machine if these matters might be important to you. I would stay there again, and recommend it to my colleagues and friends.
Great location in South Delhi and one minute walk from the metro. Small and cosy hotel, right next to a medical center. Small reception area, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Rooms were decent sized and comfortable with a plaza TV, electronic safe and tea and coffee maker. Clean and comfortable beds. The only issue is the noise from the connecting rooms. Bathrooms were average, surely needs a plumbing work. Great breakfast with a good variety for a three star hotel. The staff was friendly.
The hotel is located very close to metro station, Kailash colony and on the main road. The ambience of the hotel is not up to the mark. The rooms are good, however bathrooms are pretty small and dirty. The hotel is not worth staying and cannot be the part of Clarks chain of hotel. Overall, it is a disappointing experience. The best thing about this inn is that there is free WiFi. The breakfast area is compact and the staff are not very professional. An average hotel in a good location.
Everybody knows well about Hotel Clarks Inn. Last month I went to Delhi for business and my company booked a room in Hotel Clarks Inn. I would love to share my overall experience with everyone. It was such a nice place to stay. I was amazed with the cleanliness and the architecture of the hotel. The rooms were fully A/C, neat and clean. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and the room service was outstanding. The hotel provided free internet service. The only bad part was that the hotel was very expensive to stay. Since my company paid for my stay, I did not care about expenses. But if I had to pay myself, then I would say that it would not suit an average man. Everything apart, they provided the best service and you would surely want to visit.
Got a chance to stay in this hotel couple of months ago in New Delhi. This hotel is located in Kailash Colony and is a good and decent Hotel for the price range it offers. Very easily accessible from different places. The rooms are neat and clean and the room service and housekeeping is good as well. I also like the food they served. Would prefer to stay again when visiting Delhi. I noticed there were many foreign students who were staying there may be on monthly package or rental.
