In the month of January, I visited this place for a occasion trip with family. It was a good city to visit. The location of the hotel was good, the view was good. Car was the best way to reach this place. The appearance of the hotel was good, environment was so good. Front office was good, the staff's was good, and they were co-operative and friendly. It was an online booking. The room was good to stay, It was spacious and comfortable, and the rest room were hygienic. The room service was good; there was no delay in service. The food was good to taste, the quality was good, complimentary breakfast was provided. The activity was good, free WiFi facility was available. The overall it was good experience.
My stay was in Country Inn Suites By Carlson Ajmer. The location of the hotel was very good. The appearance of the hotel was good. The check in and checkout was done on time. The staff members were helpful and they were prompt in services. The room allotted to us was maintained very neat with needful amenities which were working properly. The food served in the hotel was very good in taste and quality. There were no activities in the hotel.
Transportation facility was available nearby the hotel. Temple was nearby the hotel. Garden was not available at the hotel. Check in and checkout was done on time. Behaviour of the was friendly. The overall service was good in the hotel. Room was spacious with clean. All amenities were provided in working condition. The food quality was good in the hotel. The activity was not conducted at the hotel. I had visited this hotel with my family.
The hotel was located conveniently hence I did not find any difficulties in finding it. The staff members at the hotel were friendly and professional in service. The ambience was very well maintained and room provided to me was neat and clean with basic amenities in proper working condition. The food provided was very delicious both in quality and taste with lots of varieties. There was no delay during check-in and check-out process. The hotel is worth for the money and I recommend this hotel to other travellers.
Everything was good in the hotel. The hotel location was very nice. The hotel was located far away from the city. The parking place was available in the hotel. The food quality was fine in the hotel. The activities were not available in the hotel. The room was neat and clean. All amenities were provided by the hotel. I would not suggest anything to this hotel.
I'd stayed for one day, the hotel is very good in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and services. The rooms are also spacious and nice. Two things I'd like to put into the notice of hotel management is that the swimming pool maintenance is not good and secondly there was no provision for non vegetarians in the breakfast except eggs, though other preparations were good.
I booked us in Country Inn and Suites because we have stayed with them in other locations in India and abroad. We are carlson member and we prefer to stay in Carlson hotel while travelling as it helps us in accumulating points. Hence, Country Inn was an easy choice for us I needed Google Maps to show us directions to Country Inn in Ajmer. There were display boards on the way mentioning that hotel is a 20-minute drive from Kishanganj toll booth, though. While driving towards Ajmer, you spot golden arches of McDonald's from a distance. When you closely observe those arches, you also tend to see one another board. We guessed that it could be a hotel board at the top. Google Maps also indicated that and hotel are in the same complex There is an Ansel Mall on the highway and it is lying in shambles as it has only two occupants. One is and another is a theater showing some local or movies. Hotel entrance is behind the mall but is a part of the same complex. Hotel entrance is nothing grand. It is one of the most obscure hotel entrance for a 3-star or 4-star hotel, I have seen in a long time. You follow sign at the backside of the mall and you enter into a small driveway. At the end of the driveway, you spot a guard and main hotel entrance. We asked if there is a valet service, the answer was in negative from the guard. We took out our bags and I went to park the car in mall parking. The best part of the parking is that is a shaded parking and that is such a relief in 45 degrees temperature outside. At the entrance of the parking Country Inn has put up a board that hotel is not responsible for vehicle or for contents inside the vehicle. That is such a confidence booster! The entrance of the hotel was basic but practical. You could spot the reception straight in front of you. Few couches are put up on the right side of the entrance lobby. The whole setup was utilitarian. There are sign boards put up on the reception directing you towards banquet hall, restaurant and to other amenities. Elevators were on our left side and bell boy helped us to our room with our bags. All staff members including security guards have a friendly smile on their faces, are affable and able to answer all the queries to our satisfaction. We asked the reception guy to book our cab for dargah and he called us in our room with a confirmation of time. All in all hotel staff is a friendly lot In our room package, we got free internet and free breakfast. We got internet password from reception and tried to get online. However, using the internet was a frustration. Every time your device goes into a sleep mode, you have to log in again with username and password. This security feature was a big dampener to the browsing experience. The crawling speed of internet further added to our woes. With a crawling speed, internet more of a pain in the back. After getting frustrated by multiple log-ins and slow internet speed, I switched on to our 4G network. At least sites were opening at a decent speed. The hotel room is of a good size. It had all basics that a hotel room all over the world have. There was TV, notepad and pen tucked on a writing table, a couch to relax and comfortable bed. There was shower gel, shampoo, and soap in the bathroom. There is nothing extra in the room which would make you feel wow. On the other hand, all your needs are addressed so that you can have a comfortable stay. The hotel has a functional pool and my 3-year-old son spent the entire next morning in the pool. Pool was small but clean. There was a separate kids pool. The bigger pool cannot accommodate more than 7-8 people. If all of them start swimming than they will be colliding with each other. If you want to relax on the sidelines, then a much larger group can also enjoy. As our package included breakfast, we went to the restaurant around 7:30 am. Breakfast was set and we were the first one to reach in the restaurant. We had high expectations from food but it was just about average. There was a live counter for eggs and I asked for white egg omelet and it was wallpapered. Mirch pakora was tasted like it was freshly prepared and oil was completely drained out of it. Paneer cheela was another highlight of the breakfast there are plenty of items which turned out to be a disappointment. Strawberry shake was sugary enough to induce the sugar coma. Chule bhatura could have been better. In Parathas, one can taste the maida flour and they were becoming hard after attaining the room temperature. Pastries did not taste like the one which is freshly made. Then there was oil-laden onion kachori and after eating a couple of bites of it, you could feel oil getting stuck on your tongue. In Rajasthan, there are many great eating places and its delicacies are rich in oil and spices. One can explore bettering places outside the hotel. I felt that there is no need to pay extra for breakfast and internet connection in this hotel.
It was very good hotel. We really liked so over there. Hotel management was also amazing. Location was awesome. Food and drink was also delicious. Ajmer city is really awesome. It was really nice. We enjoyed a lot.
The hotel was located in the city. The room price was reasonable in the hotel. All amenities were available in the room. WiFi service was available in the hotel. The best part of the hotel was its property. I had visited this hotel alone for official tour. I would not suggest anything to this hotel because everything was good in the hotel.
