A very good place to watch
Durgam Cheruvu has fair amount of fishes and birds will visit this lake like anything. Wide variety of biological plants and lake plant. Good scenic beauty like any other famous lakes. Mountain, rocks beside the lake are worth watching with big trees and plants.

Beautiful Lake but poor maintenance
It's a beautiful lake and nice picnic spot but, unfortunately poor maintenance. There is absolute no cleaning and plastic all around. If they clean and maintain then it's a perfect place for an evening outing or morning walk.

Worst maintainance of lake
Water in the lake smells worst and the water is heavily polluted and no one cares for maintenance. But the boating is available at the place. It's a one time visit spot for the family.

Good place for lovers and couples to spend their time
Located near Ambedkar Open University, Jubilee hills. It's better to go with our 2/4 wheeler since Auto Rickshaw hiring is costly. As of now park is under Renovation. Cafeteria is available. Few Telugu Movies were shooted in this park.

Average lake
Although it is being popular one for youth but not a good one for families or children. Instead of boating here, go to Lumbini park. Instead going there, Hussain Sagar is a must try.

The lake is polluted
Although the lake situated in a well area and hi-tech area but the lake was polluted with plastic and waste materials and its good to visit the lake in the evening and sunset times.

No much recommended
There is no need to see this lake. Nothing is secret about it. There is no boating. It is some water in that hitech city of Hyderabad. There is a big mall by its side.

Freshwater lake located in Rangareddy district
I used to visit this place very often during my college days. But as the city expanded, not many people visit right now. But this is still a place recommended. Greenery, if you are lucky you will find film crew shooting a film nearby. There is enough water, and many birds surprise you with their nests, you can see a good sunset from this shore.Freshwater lake located in Rangareddy district is refreshing.
