Beautiful Church

The Church was very beautiful one, while passing by our houseboat, we took several snaps. It was really a great experience. Looks awesome, with very good scenery and clean blue sky. On houseboat with the sunny weather, the Church was looking so bright and colourful.

A Christian pilgrimage centre

A site quite attractive for the devout christians with the St George, the deity of the church is a saint of miracles, so believers believe. Attracts devotees from neighbouring Tamil Nadu because of an interesting story of how the original statue of St George reaches here. Located on the bank of Pampa river, it is a great time to be there for the feast of St George in March-April, with thousands thronging for a darshan.
