Nice scenic view point

Elephant's head point is a few meters ahead from the Lodwick point. The point resembles exactly like an Elephant head, hence the name. It looks the same as shown on Google images. You get to see a nice scenic view of the savitri river flowing between the mountains. Its mostly dry during winters.

A fresh sight off the text book route

If you plan to visit the echo point, monkey point and 5 other points at one go, this is one of the views you can enjoy from a vantage point at the end of a long walk (mind you, seniors or persons with a heart / lung condition should refrain from walking throughout the length of this trail as the oxygen content here is a bit less and may cause strain walking)This natural occurrence is best viewed from vulture point end and clear visibility during a clear bright day / day time. The ornament / rock face itself is a treat to watch along with the scenic lake below the foothills. Not a sight to be missed and has its treats along the walking trail with plenty of monkeys.

Visit in rainy season to get most out of it

This place is often confused or named as Elphinstone Point or something like that. Both are same place and you can get beautiful view like its Elephant's head, it can be seen from road with distance. Attraction is best, one can take lot of photos here with friends and families.

Awesome place to find some solitude

As a nature lover, I always want to explore the uniqueness in nature. This place is one of its own kind with the mountains carved (naturally) in the shape of Elephant's Trunk.
