Good services and cleanliness in the room. Services is quite good and food is delicious. One can stay during their visit to Satara. Staff were cooperative and well behaved. In short hotel is good to visit for family couple as well as for business purposes. Food and drink were very awesome and tasty very nice staff.
Infrastructure is good and I enjoyed my stay. However, there are a few gray areas on which the feedback can be provided. In the room I stayed, the toilet has got water logging problem. The AC was very mild despite keeping it at a minimum temperature and there was water dipping from the vents of the centralised AC. Water dipping issue was also noticed in another room which was shown to me initially. There are untrained people put into in room dining area, which created communication gap. In a night's stay I experienced the same twice, and been able to bring it to the notice of the management for once at least.
As the name is suggests, hotel is loaded with a best quality chefs which provide awesome food and stuff. Appearance of hotel the is very nice from inside. It has a well-organised rooms, hall and a well-trained reception. Really a nice hotel in Satara to stay and enjoy.
The food was good. All types of tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner are available. Clean and moderate expensive hotel. Cleanliness was average. Need to wait for quiet some time if you want to get your food parcel. Maharashtra food is more enjoyable. Its is reachable from any stay around railway station and is located at Naka circle, a market junction in Lonavala.
