I went Digha in the month of May 2017. That was a family holiday trip. I booked my stay through online. The location was not good. There was a market near the hotel. The transport was available. The reception staff was well behaved. We don't want to stay in that place but we didn't have any option so we stayed there. The exterior and interior were not that much good. Attractive. We reached the hotel by own vehicle. There was a good parking available and provided a separate room for the driver. We didn't have food in the hotel. We had food outside. The room was clean neat and normal. There was nothing special in the room. They had provided service on time. Whenever we called for something they came to us quickly.
On my holiday trip I visited Digha with my friend in June 2017. I reserved my stay through online in Goibibo. The location of the hotel was a bit inconvient as it was relatively far from the beach 300 meters away we will get public transport not having good connectivity Amaravathi park was next to the hotel. The overall appearance of the hotel was not much attractive it looks like a house. The front desk of the hotel was staff was two persons but we don't know which person was doing which service. The room we stayed was well maintained bathroom was clean when we saw the hotel from outside we thought how the room will be it was good. We did not have any food in the hotel. Travelers will concentrate more on the beach but in the park a lake was very good it was well maintained in sunset time it was so pleasant. I suggest the hotelier improve in front desk area to maintain staff all the time.
It was a holiday trip with family and friends. It was in the month of May 2017. I had booked this hotel directly. The hotel location was near to beach just 1km approx. As for food when ever I asked they told restaurant is closed but we can have food nearby restaurant which was bit far. There was no lift facility. The room had all the facility It was clean but I should have been more clean. The service staff was helpful. The location was not in posh area. The appearance was simple. There was no kids play area. I would refer others for this hotel as it is low budget. If they provide lift facility and restaurant I will be batter.
On a holiday trip I traveled to Digha in the month of June 2017 with my cousin brother. I checked it in online and then directly booked my stay at this hotel through a phone call. The hotel location was convenient to reach the hotel. It was a quiet place. It was 10 minutes far from the beach. It was a new building. We traveled by bus. The appearance was attractive with the overall look. The front desk was good in behaving with us. The check-in and check-out process were completed on time. They were very cooperative. Rooms were very comfortable with all the basic amenities. They provided mosquito coil. They provided hot water facility. It was clean and neat. We took the non-AC room. The room service was just good in providing the required services. We took only lunch in that hotel. The taste was delicious and the quality was well maintained. We took egg meal. It was yummy. It was a restaurant service. There were no extra facilities in that hotel. The overall service was very good and satisfactory.

As for location it was not that crowded and it was calm and weather was nice and market was bit far. As for hotel the rate was high it should have been bit less. As for food I had ordered 3 plate and they got only 2 plate which was not sufficient and outside food was not allowed we had a problem with it. The service staff was well behaved and what ever we ordered like water and all they provided immediately. I had booked an AC room there was nothing extra but everything was fine it was neat and clean and we should call them to clean which they would do it immediately which was good there was no issue with it. The front office staff was very good in behavior he would smile and speak and when we came down he asked us to sit and greeted us nicely the best thing was I requested him to get food from out as I did not like hotel food so he granted the permission which was impressive as he gave only for us. As for looks it is was very old type if they decorate a little with lights and all it will be nice. I did not like food any where the food was costly but it was not tasty. The major issue was transport. I stayed there I referred my friend. When they are charging so much they should get restaurant for them self and food quality should be improved. They should get lights in the lawn area and should improve the interior decoration and they should provide more AC room as there was only 2 AC room. The parking facility was not there it was on road. There was no kids play area and lawn was also small. They even had a travel desk.

There was no room service but they charged us 300rs extra when asked he told it is formality I just paid and left. As for location it was calm and not much crowded the surrounding was peaceful. What they charged was more compared to service and rooms. The service was not proper they even did not ask even for water I got it by my self. As for room I had booked an AC room they just on AC and gave a jug of water and a glass and blankets which were clean and well maintained but they did not provide room service. The front office staff 2 person were handling who were supportive. They should have done more exterior which would be better. There was no kids play area as my daughter was bored at room. So I took her to park nearby. I would like to stay here if I go next. Thing is they should inform the rate including tax and all which will be better but for service they did not come even once and ask for anything we want which was not good. The service people should interact with guest at least once a day which will be fine
I traveled Digha in the month of May 2017. That was a family holiday trip. I booked my stay by direct booking. The sightseeing was near the hotel. The hotel was easy to reach. The market was 2 km away from the hotel. At the reception I faced some communication problem in the starting. They have to keep a young person at reception. There was an old age person at the reception. The infrastructure was not that good. They can improve the infrastructure. I booked a non-AC room. The bathroom was not clean and problem in the door. The bed spreads were not clean. Th room was not clean and neat. The housekeeping was not working properly. The service was not active. They were doing delays in providing orders. I ordered water and tea that was not provided on time. We had food in the hotel restaurant and outside restaurant too. As compared to hotel restaurant outside food was tasty. For food there was one restaurant near the hotel that was amazing. I reached by train to the Digha and from the railway station I went to the hotel by auto. The railway station was 3km away from the hotel. They should improve some things in the hotel like arranging kid play area etc.

The food we didn't like in the restaurant. I had non-veg food and that was not prepared well. I had informed at reception about that. We booked a non-AC room. There was a balcony and we can see the good view from the balcony. The room was clean and neat. The room furniture was good. When I went there the auto driver said I will show you some hotel and you choose from that so I said okay. After reaching this hotel I paid him and he went. Next day I was seeing he was taking commission from the hotelier. This I didn't like.

The reception staff was well behaved and cooperative. We had not faced problem at check-in and check-out. We had food outside restaurants. The food was tasty and hygienic. The AC was not working properly. The room was clean and neat. The washroom was well maintained. I reached the hotel by private cab. There was no lift. The hotel is good to visit for other visitors. They should keep the restaurant in the hotel because the restaurants were too far from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was average as it was the main road parking was not available it was far away not in the commercial area. The overall appearance of the hotel was The front desk of the hotel was average as they were not good in response. We reserved nonac room it was well maintained clean the fan did not have a regulator very congested set top box was having problems all the time. The Food they supplied in the hotel was overpriced but less in quantity. The service in the hotel was goo the in time. There was no in house restaurant. For bread toast they charge 5o. There were no other activities in the hotel. I suggest the hotel improve the space in the room.
