We went on a couple road trip and booked Hilton based on the brand name that it carries but were not so happy with the location and the hotel. It's not a good location, it had local garages around and under construction roads. No good view from the hotel, the service was also not up to the mark, we had to wait to get the rooms and the rooms were not quite good either.
Had an opportunity to stay at the Hotel though for a night only but the stay had been wonderful. The location and the entrance of the hotel will not seem like you are entering into some luxury property but the moment you step in the Hotel that feeling of wow is there. From check in to stay to food till check out, it was seamlessly done . . The hotel around 2-3 restaurants apart from the restaurant located at the lobby area, since I like Indian food Chaandi was the restaurant I chose for my dinner and as expected the food was awesome, especially the dahi kebabs and their signature paan ice cream Overall a pleasant memorable stay
THE HOTEL IS conveniently located to shopping and tourism spots just 15 min away. The reception are very professional and quick. Lovely music plays in all areas of the hotel. The food price is reasonable for a Hilton and the roof top lounge is amazing. The best part is the lobby main ding hall. The staff with special mention of laxman shekawat, was very good and helpful all the days of my stay. Assistant manger Girija Sharma was very good and offered us very good service. He went out of his way. Hats off to the restaurant staff. Housekeeping was good. No complaints. Wish to go there again
