Amazing hotel, staff & services provided by them. Great experience with stay in the hotel. Room are very beautiful, clean & well maintained. Location is superb. Food is delicious & mouth watering. Awaiting next stay with Orana. Staff is very helpful & courteous. Feel like home. Great experience with staying it. Very close to Airport. Nice swimming pool to relax. Security is good and manner of welcome "Namaskar Ji" is great. Thanks to MMT to offer so great deal in the lowest price.

The location of the hotel was good. The hotel was located within the city. The appearance of the hotel was nice. I had booked the room by online. The check in and checkout was not delayed. I had complimentary breakfast in the hotel. The varieties of food were available. The food quality was good. The food price was reasonable. The hotel were behaved friendly. The service was done on time. I check the activity in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. All the amenities were in working condition. The WiFi facility was provided in the room. I had visited this hotel with my family for vacation trip. There was no suggestion for this hotel. I would like to recommend this hotel for my relative and friends. The hot water was provided in the room.

I visited to this hotel was in the month of September 2016 official purpose The destination was excellent. Location of the hotel was inside the city and was easy to locate was near to transportation. Appearance of the hotel was excellent from interior and exterior. Check in check out was done on time. Staff were friendly and cooperative. Overall service was excellent. Room was neat and clean and was spacious. Amenities were available in the hotel. Food I had taken from the hotel was excellent in quality and quantity and verity food available. Activities were held in the hotel was excellent.

Overall stay at the hotel was very pleasant and a cool experience. I reached the hotel in afternoon time from airport and the front office staff was very active and they completed the check-in formalities in less than a couple of minutes time and they informed me about lunch and dinner time and if my package included food. The hotel was very clean and neat and the room given to me also was also very decent. The thing I liked the most was that it's not a noisy hotch potch place, I was not only able to relax but to do my work too. The TV in the room has a Tata Sky connection with most of the sports and English movie channels. Many hotels don't have a, good cable TV package, but Orana has a good one. The room had good air conditioning system and the room was very comfortable with temperature control working properly. Overall, it's a good value for money. One thing I noticed is that the food was on costly side, however, the same was well prepared and served.

Beautiful resort, quite near to Airport all room are wonderful specially pool facing rooms. Nice swimming pool side place to chill. It has amazing food with excellent service, is the best for parties. Even the birthday decorations they did was so beautiful. Front office staff is helping and co-operative. They take care for your desired concerned with smile and efforts. Have not seen as such hospitality before. Room service staff Is keen to serve you all the time.
