It was the month of February; I visited this hotel on a holiday trip with my family. The destination was excellent. The hotel location was excellent and the hotel appearance was excellent as it was surrounded with farms and mountains. The front office was also excellent as they were nice and I booked the rooms through online website. The rooms were excellent as the rooms were spacious. The overall experience was good as the rooms were spacious, hotel was spacious.
I went to this place on my way back to Delhi from Jaisalmer. After having good experience in the place we stayed at Jaisalmer, this place was little disappointing. It is located at an awesome location and has well maintained lawns. It is reasonably close to the center of the town though not walkable indeed. We traveled in our car and hence did not have any problem. There are plenty of parking space, let down was the front desk. They replied all the interactions that I had with them very bluntly without any friendly smile. Though Pushkar is not a town with many sightseeing other than temples which we know already, when I inquired the person in the front desk, his reply was not good and I would even say slightly rude. Room was good and clean which made me happy. But, geyser was not functioning properly which was serious let down in December month. I don't know what is the capacity of that geyser they have, not even half a bucket we could get even after waiting for sometime. We were three people and so we have to wait for very long time to have a Bath. We do not waste water. We consume a bucket of water for Bath and unfortunately we did not get that even after waiting for 15-20 min in between each person used the restroom. They have limited options in their food menu and they operate for limited time. Food was good, as a whole, we had a slightly disappointing experience. Guys, just maintaining good isn't sufficient to attract guests. They need to put in some more effort to treat them in more polite manner.
I stayed here for 2 nights and 1 day. As a tourist place there is nothing much to see. The outlook of this hotel was good with a garden all around, peacocks were roaming around in the open area outside, and sunrise could be seen from the rooms. The morning atmosphere is really good here. The booking was done through a travel agency for all the 3 hotels. There was no problem at all at check in and check out. The owner was very cooperative and helpful. The deluxe rooms were well decorated plastic paint designs with TV, fridge, AC provided. The service of the staff was also good. The food served in the hotel was good and tasty. We made our own arrangement for sightseeing.
It is Well Situated in a small city like Pushkar, A nice place to stay. Good staff nice location a bit tricky to reach though but overall we had a good experience. Its located near the main lake and market so you can just walk a few minute and you are there. We stayed there on our way to mount Abu and well we had a good time. Compared to hotels in Ajmer this is a cheap and nice place to stay.
Premvillas hotel in Pushkar is one of the best value hotels in Pushkar. Hotel was neat and clean. Hospitality was appreciable. There is no drawback of this hotel. The rooms are of an excellent standard - all clean, light, airy with well-maintained washroom. Room Service was excellent. Food was not up to the mark, and you will need to compromise with quality of food. Look-wise, hotel is nice. Booking, front office and reception is okay. Garden is also there. Pushkar is a nice place to visit. I can recommend this hotel if anyone goes to Pushkar.
My family and I visited Pushkar in January. 2014. We booked Hotel Prem vilas, Pushkar through the internet. Hotel location was in a remote site though hotel ambience is good. The rooms were as per our expectations. Complimentary breakfast was the only attraction but it was so scanty better not to opt for it. The service was poor. They collected service charge even on mineral water. So, it is better not to take any food from hotel. Overall it is not a good proposition.
Its very good hotel with all basis facilities. Mountain view from hotel room is great. Food quality and Room service is also very friendly and prompt. Location is very near to main road as well to Lake. The staff are also very friendly. Online booking is available in this hotel.
I have been staying in this hotel on 27-11-2012, I found this hotel's service terribly poor. They didn't even provide basic things like towels. Food quality is terribly poor. Cook and serving staff neither trained nor experienced. Waiters don't know how to serve. Cook don't know how to cook. Though atmosphere is peaceful
