This hotel is about 12 km from howarrah station, location is tough to find out for someone new in city and it was difficult to find without assistance from hotel reservation desk. The rooms were very good, the food was average. I had booked the room directly and later found that the room is much cheaper if booked through make my trip or other travel sites.
Good hotel to stay in. Market and other places are nearby. I visited for an official meeting. The hotel is economical and budget hotel. But suitability of the hotel to individuals may very. Therefore, make more enquiry for one's convenience.
A very pleasant place to stay south of Park Street, near the British Council. Somewhat removed from the street, so not as noisy as most places in Kolkata. Very courteous and helpful staff. Rooms cleaned daily, good TV reception, Internet available in the lobby.
The best part about this hotel is its location. Being located in the heart of the city, it gives easy access to the market and variety of landmarks of the city. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The food is good and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and courteous Overall, if you are on a tight budget and don't want to stay too far away, its the best bet!
Location is close to Metro, Balwant, Lazeez, Gupta brothers what else do you want. Availability of transport at all times. Centrally located and ease like anything. Don't really need to have hotel food, you are in centre of food. Hub in Kolkata. Food is available 24X7.
I booked this hotel online as I wanted to book something near Camac Street. However, I had to struggle to reach this hotel, even though its very near to Camac Street. So, I felt the exact location of this hotel is bit confusing and we couldn't even identify this as a hotel as the main gate was little inside. Front desk person was cordial, its quite untidy desk The room size was too small, though its a double bed room, there was hardly any space between the bed and the bathroom door. The corridors were also so slim, it may sometimes scare you. Some street side small food joints just outside the hotel, where I enjoyed egg rolls, etc. I may not recommend this hotel, if you have any other options available or your business destination is not near Camac street. Enjoy your stay and visit to Kolkata.
Hotel was located little far from railway station. Location wise, hotel was very good. Inner and outer look of the hotel was okay. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff behavior was helpful and friendly. Whenever you required anything, they served you quickly. We ordered food in the hotel. Food quality was tasty. There was no view available from hotel rooms. It was a family trip in the month of October 2014. It was a good place as tourism.
The hotel appearance is very good. The room services is also good and the food and drinks served was of good quality. You can enjoy the road side view from the hotel rooms and it was little noisy at the day time. All hotel rooms are decorated with flowers and white bed sheets that I likes the most. You can find aqua-guard in every turning point in this hotel.
The destination is quite good. The front office is good but needs improvement. The food quality is excellent. The rooms are good, neat and clean. The wash rooms are good, clean and with proper hygiene. The overall experience is very nice. The staff is quite responsive and always at your service.
