We booked for Spice Saver at additional Cost. But, the Service rendered by Spice Jet Authorities/Staff is very Poor. We have to wait for our baggage in spite of the fact the same has been marked 'Priority' and we received belatedly after receipt of normal bags. Also, Complimentary Food is not good (We are forced to cancel our precooked Food with the assurance that we will get the same food, but totally disappointed).

Luggage handling at Chennai airport has to be improved. Lot of delay in getting our luggages. More than 40 mts delay . Also, the Pre ordered meal should be served first to the passenger, before selling the food products to other passengers who buy against payment of cash . Otherwise, the 40 minutes delay of this flight from AMD to MAA, was well informed by noon through Mobile alert

I am writing this review exclusively to appreciate the very kind and helpful behaviour of the air-hostesses on flight. My kids (twins) are just 9 months old. I came with my spouse and kids. They were crying in the aircraft almost 75% of the journey. May be due to air pressure or something which god only knows as they are yet to converse what they feel. The Air-Hostess were co kind enough to handle the kids, (of course both the kids were crying and crying to choke) almost 50% of the journey. They had to serve all the passengers on flight and time left apart from their duty they dedicated to my kids. I owe a lot to them. Hats off for recruiting so kindly persons and add merit to your aviation.

I paid for premium, got sear 1A. This Seat has no left leg room due to escape shoot on door. There was an empty seat next to me so it was OK. Then after take off a large man was brought up from out back, probably spicy staff, and put in the seat. Now I had no room at all and was more cramped than if I had not paid to be upgraded from seat 5A slightly in the back. I could not raise my spoon to my mouth without checking my next door person was not raising his arm to eat. The cabin staff spent every free moment chatting to each other or looking at their Mobile phones. They did not ask if we minded having a person squashed in between us. The landing was one of the worst I have experienced in 40 years of flying. All in all this was a very bad experience, only crashing and burning could have made it worse.

Without any reason flight schedule gets changed, this results in inconvenience in catching connecting flights. I have incurred a loss of RS. 5000 for the delay in flight against the scheduled departure. Passengers are forced to select paid seats otherwise they will be located seats in different rows. Such a pathetic attitude Spicejet has.
