Without informing flight time changed. Flight left when we reached airport early. So pathetic. Our international flight was there from Jaipur airport. Later they arranged flight to Jodhpur. We booked car from Jodhpur to Jaipur. Able to catch international flights
There were various options while booking this sector. We chose Spicejet because of it's timing which was at 11. 30 am. One day before the scheduled departure, you cannot shift it by 6 hours to 0550 hrs. Specially when we had been working till 1. 30 am the previous night. And . We knew that we would be working till this late. Terrible A little tweaking of the schedule is understandable due to unavoidable circumstances; but 5 hrs The queue for check in just did not move. We might have been the 8th or 9th. It took us more than 50 minutes. Further, when we requested for two seats together, the lady at the check-in counter could only accommodate us in the last row, which does not recline. While we do not challenge her decision, it is unlikely that she could not find any other seats when there were at least 25-30 travellers behind us in the queue and still counting. While we did not face trouble with the overhead storage (probably because we boarded the aircraft earlier than most others), there were several, many of them foreign tourists, trying to find space to put their baggage. It was jam packed. The hostesses finally managed to adjust these - smashed one over the other and in many cases, several rows away from their owners. I think it was their decency (the tourists) that we should learn from. A group of Indian travellers would have created havoc . . Have never had such a disastrous experience with Spicejet in the past.
I had upgraded to spice max but my experience was too bad as at the time of up gradation I asked for Jain Meal but I was told that the flight crew people will help you out but had no option available and had to settle with almonds which had coating of garlic and then few cashews.
One should never pre book Corporate meal with Go Air, they don't allow you to choose meal from the menu, instead they give you veg sandwich, weather you want it or not, which is pathetic and not even fresh, it was smelling and one can fall sick after having it A big no for pre order meal on Go Air .
