The cabin crew and the Captain switch on the Air Conditioning even after 25 Minutes after we boarded. I complained because I was feeling nauseous due to the extreme heat and no ventilation. The cabin crew head informed me that the APU was not working. Why so? No answers from Indigo except that the stupid captain Cyrus wanted to speak to me? Why? I felt sick due to the extreme suffocation and as a result of which my BP fell due to my low BP condition.
The flight was comfortable and on time. No seat selection available at the time of check-in. Indigo checking counter was not displaying on the screen. Boarding and unboarding buses were too much crowded and also waiting time were higher.
Very Bad Experience. I have booked my return ticket from Banglore to Ahmedabad on 20th Nov at 11:40 Departure. However that flight was cancelled and we were re booked in another flight 6E 6779 which was about to departure at 02:40 on 21st Nov. Again this flight was delayed by 2:30 hours and departed at 05:00. Full night stay at Airport without any assitance from Airline. The ground staff first confirmed us that they will provide Assistance in Launge but they didn't. Very poor service and support from Banglore Ground staff of Indigo. I feel like cheated .
Tried web check in but ended up paying for the seat allocation, which is unfair practice. Even after paying I was not able to do web check-in. We we're two people travelling having one bag of 20 kgs and one of 8 kgs well within permissible limit. Even then it was indicated that we are 5 kgs overweight though we had no handbags.
