I have already provided the feedback to INDIGO and also requested the Cabin crew members to report the issues in their flight report . . - CHECK-IN process is very bad, long queue, no respect for elders and kids. - In Flight, the CABIN crew members did pay attention to infants / Kids requirements. - From meal perspective, KIDS preference must be given.
I being 74 yrs old widow, was allotted with wheel chair assistance due to my inability to walk in stretch . I ( seat1D) with my Assistant (at 21D) was deplaned at Bhubaneswar enroute to Kolkata without verification of boarding pass. While we put the same under INDIGO team notice at arrival gate, they refused to board us back to plane and ensure that my Luggages are also deplaned and threatened us to accept my failure for not reminding the porter while deplaning at wrong location . Further we have been charged for Rs 2000 for issuing boarding pass for next Flight to Kolkata and finally I got my Luggage trolley received at Kolkata with broken wheel and chain zip damaged. This is really a horrible journey with INDIGO for ever, where I have a believe INDIGO claim false HIGH ESTEEM & RECOGNITION with full of low skilled team who even does not care to verify the Boarding Pass @ hopping port and make trouble to passenger . NO FRIENDLY AT ALL
Indigo airlines dropped passengers in the middle of the tarmac somewhere and all passengers had to walk almost a mile to reach the airport arrival building This is unheard of, the standards are quickly falling, please avoid indigo airlines in future.
Other than the late distressful of the flight and the fact that they forced me to check in my carry on bag in spite of all the overhead bins being empty when I boarded the flight . It was a good experience. Please work on the above.
Kolkata is located at a distance of 2178 km from Bangalore. Kolkata, the ‘City of Joy’, is well-connected to Bangalore by air, rail, and road. However, the best way to reach from Bangalore to Kolkata is by air. You can board a direct flight from Bangalore and reach Kolkata in less than 2 hours. Airlines like Indigo, SpiceJet and Air India operate daily flights from Bangalore to Kolkata.
