When forgot to collect my travel pillow from my seat and was exiting from the Airport after collecting by checked-in baggage, ground-staff Mr. Manish at Lucknow airport was quick in calling me at my cell number and arrange for its collection from the IndiGo reservation desk, which next of arrival - exit [point. His promptness, and desire to reach me out was quite remarkable. I did lose my travel pillow previously; however, this time--thanks to sensitivity and alertness of the IndiGo ground-staff--I could retrieve my favorite travel accessory:)!
I reached 7 minutes late to the boarding counter which closes 45 minutes before so they didn't allowed me to check in. I requested them a lot but they asked to catch a next flight which is tomorrow at 8. 30 am with the penalty of Rs. 3250 and I did.
The take off was delayed by 1. 5 hrs. The actual information was not told at all, except a curt "technical snag". They just served against payment during this time. Expected some water and beverages free to all passengers due to the delay, which was missing
Baggages handling is not at all good. Lock has been broken while handling the checked in bags . And Mr. Rohit from Lucknow INDIGO airlines ground support incharge says that it's normal when they load and unload the baggages How INDIGO Airlines make sure that such kind of issues should not occur. As with broken locks and hooks it's very difficult to travel onwards journey.
