No space to put ourhand baggage in upper compartments. Its very uncomfortable journey to keep baggage in our hands and also near our feet. No AC too. Very hot inside the plane. Very late take off. Landing was not good . Overall my experience for this flight is not at all good . Rating only 2 out of 5.
We were a group of 6 couples. We all had more than 30 kgs of luggage but only 2 of the couple's were made to pay for 32kgs while the others for away with 36-38 kgs. This was totally ridiculous. Pooja was at the counter and we kept telling her we all were together so should be treated equally but my words fell on deaf ears. This was a very bad experience . I also wondered why we have to buy food on this airline. Why not include it in the price. We were served last when the descent started. We had to eat it at home . All in all was disgusted with indigo
I had the worst experience of my life, I had three seats on my PNR and they gave only 2 seats and I was put on hold till the entire boarding was complete and then I was given a separate seat in the last I was not allowed to sit together with my family and made to sit alone near the exit. When we are suppose to get 3 three seats together. It was really embarrassing for me
