Reached airport @7.45am whereas baggage check-in close @ 8.40am. But my check-in process closed @ 8.38am. One hour went for security check and baggage scanning. Rubbish experience Indigo airlines is one of the worst airlines who are charging for any window and roadside seats. As well as seats were available for web check-in middle row from 20 to 30.
My ticket consisted of 2 flights, viz. From Bhuvaneshwar to Chennai and from Chennai to Kochi. To my surprise, both the flights were late. Normally indigo flights are on time and even if they are late to take off, they make up the delay during the flight and save valuable time. But in this case, both flights arrived very late and hence the experience was very bad. But unfortunately, inflight announcement still boasted about Indigo's efficiency to be on time always. This was beyond comprehension! An apology would have been appreciated. Inflight food and beverages were also below par!
Connecting flight at Hyderabad too painful waiting 3 hours taking about 10 times higher priced food items after security check. Totally dissatisfaction on the part on economy class passengers. Direct flight from BBI TO COC is indispensable.
