On the advice of a friend, I decided to enlist the services of a local travel company to assist in the planning of our "once in a lifetime" trip to Costa Rica. I contacted three companies outlining our vision of the perfect holiday. This agent was the first to respond. Another company responded within two days and the third company responded after about a week with the name of the consultant but I never heard from her again.
Throughout the initial process of determining our favourite itinerary, our agent was always prompt in his replies, always did his utmost to accommodate our wishes and offered excellent advice on the specific details of our trip. It was an easy decision to entrust our vacation to this company. With only a few days left to our departure, our agent was able to make a change to our accommodation due entirely to my own failure to pay attention to the details of the itinerary.

This is a great hotel in a convenient location, walking distance from temple. For staying one night, this was ideal for me, but I would have happily stayed longer. The area is quite busy, but the street was quiet and charmin. The entire staff was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful,...more »

My wife and myself went to Thiruchendur by our car. Since we had a good driver there was no problem en route. On way we also visited Kumbakonam, Swamimalai, Patteswaram, madurai etc. It was a religious trip, the roads both NH and state highways are good and driving was easy. The road signs are clear easily readable. Only the road from Tuticorin to Tiruchendur was in bad shape but work was on to repair and restoration.

I travelled in chendur exp. I enjoyed my journey with my family. It takes 16 hours to reach Tiruchendur. I really enjoyed the natural scenes which I saw at the time of my journey. The toilets are also very neat and clean.

Dear Passenger Don't ever take tickets in Vivagam Travels. That too through online, if you take ticket in online they treat you like hell.

Worst staff behaviour, in the sleeper coach two tickets, the were force fully took tickets for child, with unnecessary words. While pick-up they not stopped in the stop. They run away, we have to cache them by auto. Even the bus is not reached the destination point. They stopped in middle of place were you can not cache bus.

I am frequent traveller, I find this is worst travels I ever seen. Since I did not got ticket in my frequent buses, I took it here. I am telling you, instead of travelling on this bus, you can simply postpone you journey.
