The flight was initially delayed for 2 Hours and again it was delayed by another hour and fifteen minutes . . The Cabin Temperature was not properly maintained at all. While boarding it was too cold and during mid flight till landing it was so hot and humid Jet is losing its charm
I don't understand as to why "payment" seats are offered even 5-6 hours prior to flight timings . Unbooked seats till last 24 hours should be free pick. Some airlines have this free pick starting from last 12 hours onward . This practice is also not in consonance with guidelines of Ministry of Civil Aviation May I request for a feedback on this aspect.
The attitude of the crew is below average. The flight was delayed by 40 minutes. The quality of snacks served (from Delhi to Chennai) was very poor even was not fresh . Since the passengers from Delhi to Coimbatore spent 6 hrs in the flight, they deserved to be served lunch after Chennai, despite of tiny quantity of snacks.
The flight was delayed by about 6 hours causing lot of hardships and inconvenience. First it was intimated that the flight was delayed by 2 hours, then it became 4 and finally left Delhi after six hours delay.
