Good experience

7.00/7

Selected Air India because of Comfort and in house entertainment with some added frills. I have taken few trips in different sectors on this airline and my overall experience has been pretty good. Staff on the flight are pretty good and do their duty as expected. Check in counters are though crowded at times and standing in queue is irritating but that is common with all the airlines. Food and drinks are also served on the airline but you have to pay for it. Cancellation is also hassle free and refund depends upon the type of plan under which the ticket has been booked. Aircrafts used by Air India are also good and well functioned. I have never faced any mis-adventure till date. Arriving for checkin prior to 45 minutes is advisable as chances are that you will be denied checkin if you are late. Luggage allownace is also as per stated in the tickets. Few kilos here and there is ok as they are not very strict with that. Overall, a good carrier and I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a budget airline.

Best timing and cost efficient

6.50/7

I preferred Indigo Airlines as it has the best timing that suits me and the cost was also the lowest. The Delhi airport t-3 has lots of shops to do shopping at and they had very good deals going on at that time. The airlines also gave us 1 gift coupon per ticket to their passenger for the discounted price of various items that were on display. The Goa airport is very busy airport but i would advice you all to take the government approved taxi service just outside the exit gate as they charge decent prices.\r\n\r\nThey provided light snacks that were on sale especially the Samosas which were light hot and were served with sauce. The check in process is very smooth as there were ample attendants roaming there helping us in getting fast our boarding passes.

Vendor’s service was good but food quality was bad

5.00/7

Train was good but we can’t expect better as its Indian trains. Cabin was full of red spits. Regarding cleanliness we can\'t discuss much about it as we all know how clean our trains are. Service from vendors is good and they kept bogging your head every 2 minutes. But the quality was pathetic. Even the cheapest samosa and costliest biryani tastes like they have been made with a wrong intention. Train may be on time but due to signal problems we got late by around 1 hour. After crossing Bombay whole line changes to single line and train has to stop to at nearest stations for its clearance.

Nice journey

6.00/7

A very warm service by Indigo staff, and well-maintained decorum from boarding till departure. They have good items in veg & non-veg for eating. There end to end timings is pleasant, overall experience to travel through Indigo is very good. On flight they provide services for buying gifts which is quite impressing which help you to choose some gifts for your closer ones.

Pathetic food and long journey was tiring

5.00/7

Train is on time and you can pick this as it is affordable and your trip can be in budget but if you can't sit at a same place for 30 hours then it is not made for you. It was a good experience but tired too because of a long journey and food is pathetic. Toilets are in a very bad conditions and they stinks like hell. But the service providers are in good dress and well-behaved. Beddings are clean too.
