I booked a flight and was expecting to travel at 6:45 PM on 22nd November. WIthout any notification the flight got cancelled and I was shocked to know that mine & my family member's tickets are prepped to 9 AM on same day. I was travelling from overseas and it was a very bad experience for me. After a long negotiation with jetairways I managed to find a solution. Very unacceptable behaviour & bad experience.

I had the most horrible experience at baggage check in. The person even gave me a warning because I was asking him why should I pay at Delhi airport while I didn't have to pay when I travelled from London to Delhi. His answer was, nothing comes free. And further harassed me by calling security guards and also misbehaved with me. Later air india station manager came to my rescue and helped me board. Please note he gave me warning after I had already paid for excess baggage and was asking why!
