Chennai airport boarding didn't follow standard protocols. Boarding took place randomly in spite of using front door aerobridge boarding. It is always, passenger with infant and children first, then row 20-30, 10-20 in that manner. Tjey let passenger in randomly this wasting so much time in settling down. Foolish
First and foremost highly disappointed with the seats. Spice jet took extra money for better and convenient flight but failed to provide so. No leg space tiny seats. Some had broken table or tray or some seats had some issue with seat adjustment. After that let's see the air hostess and the steward. Air hostess was making faces while giving the safety instructions in action . And lose hair . No buns or pony . Where was the clean look !! She busy with her hair adjustment dn the profession. One question in any profession you got to give your personal affairs aside during the work time, isn't? Seems like both the air hostess and the steward were having Cosy quality time by locking their arms together during the flight just in front of us. Bdw cleanliness? Well we believe in throwing our own leftovers by ourselves but since that will be messy that's why air hostess comes with a giant carry bag to let the passengers throw the leftovers but here why so delay. Just before few hours of landing we got to clean up our area.
The inflight food options were pathetic. I had precooked the meal in the flight hoping that I would be receiving a proper meal. But I was shocked to find there were only options of instant food like packed cold sandwich, instant noodles, instant briyani, instant upma. In spite of that they don't have all options that was listed in the menu. There was no explicit information either while booking the meal saying it was only instant food.
