It was good trip but air hostages was not active . I got beverages when flight was to land . Cleaning was not up to the mark . Even seat belt was too dirty. It's original color was grey but looking very black due to nit much cleaning possible .
I was very disappointed at the flight was delayed. Always prefer INDIGO to other air lines partners but yesterday utterly disappointed The flight was delayed and we were stranded at the Indore AIRPORT for nearly 2 hours. The crew should had ideally apologized for the in-convenience caused but they did not give a **** and were in auto pilot mode an busy with their phones where we check our boarding passes just before we get on the bus . Secondly the cooling inside the flight was ZERO and this is not the usual scenario with Indigo . . The only ray of light was the lady (Anamisha or Anamika) who was very hospitable and was personally taking feedback from all. One of your senior officials should personally take a flight to Indore and back to get a purview of the real situation that the flyers are facing.
The tray infront of my seat was not very firm; seemed to be broken or lose fitting . I also saw a woman who had a baby on her lap, did not have enough leg space due to which the man ahead of her seat couldn't bend his seat back. Maybe you can have special seats for those who are carrying baby on their laps . The food could have been better, as it felt it was half cooked. My fiancee opted for the nonveg meal which only had a bun roll and sausage stuffed inside, without any other stuffing or ketchup . It was very dry and raw.
The flight wasn’t smooth. The landing left all passengers Jarred . It was really rough. The captain should be reprimanded. Also plenty of CO passengers didn’t have check in luggage. You can balance that out by letting us check in even hand luggage instead of making us carry it all despite low luggage loads
