I made a booking for connecting flight from Jaipur to Ahmedabad and Ahmedabad to Hubli . Due to the delay of the indigo flight from Jaipur to Ahmedabad we had a very bad experience took and train and catch ed the Ahmedabad flight
Flight time was 8:55 from Jaipur but it's departed on 13:00 my whole day was mashed . We have another flight from Ahmedabad to Goa at 13:05 that was missed. Your duty manager not able to tell at what time it will depart . Who will pay my next flight reambeesmet which was missed because your fault.
If I book ticket together my family member then defiantly I want to sit them . . But I reach to airport, staff told me, me and my 8year old son will sit different places if my have any requirement and some issues. Whi will take care of him and take responsibility. It's OK there is paid precooked facility which I doesn't know before but if pay for seat then also they doesn't have option then which type of the mangement. If any PNR have double triple seat then atleast thwy need to inform passenger. And in that case after some time flight mangement told to passenger ticket book is OK. For seat you not precooked so passanger will either seat above the flight or seat on the floor. GOOD Going. Desh bad rha hai aur Cheating ke tarike bhi ijjat ke saath.
My flight was delayed by more than 2. 30 hours. No message and communication by MMR or indigo. It was airport only that I came to know at check in and but there was no prion at the last moment . . MMT help line was not available. I have lost half working day of my service life as I could not reach office in time
We were travelling with infant, it got so hectic for us as the flight time kept on postponing. We thought we would have our lunch at home once we reach Ahmedabad but instead of reaching at 2 pm we traced at 4, we were so hungry and flight did not even provide any complimentary food. Would never take this flight in my lifetime.
