Boarding procedure was completed at 20:14 hours (however, the indigo flight attendant announced that the boarding completed at 20:10 Indigo Standard Time) . The flight reached late at destination by almost 30 minutes. The flight attendant announced that we have reached the right indigo aircraft bay and conveniently ignored the delayed arrival . After reaching the bay and announcement for baggage collection bay, we had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the aircraft waiting for the ladder to arrive. Also, only one ladder came. During this period no announcement was made and passengers were left standing and guessing on what is causing the delay. The food service was very late. One item of food was given after the first trash clearance. While it is advertised master card is 20% off the POS card machine did not work. Was not informed of the same, at flight attendant then requested for cash as the POS did not work. Since the POS did not work was denied the 20% discount on master card.
Travelling through indigo always a great experience for me, but if I compare indigo with vistara I found lots of service lacks and facilities too. I have travelled through vistara and indigo and I have found vistara offers free of cost refreshment for all of their customers according their preferences veg or non-veg. But indigo never served even tea or coffee for free. If we are paying this much amount and almost same fare to vistara and getting more facilities then why should anyone travel with indigo, So please consider this and please tell to your crew staff for more attentive and punctual while travelling. Even lead girl ROSHNI from Ajmer (6e 556) jai-blr was taking nap in front of all traveller.
Experience was not good. And the crew also not taking proper care . There was one lady with small child and a bag in cabin . . Crew didn't bother to help her in getting her luggage as she was asking for help.
I was given non vegetarian food when I had precooked vegetarian food. Morning breakfast was as dry as a dust, we sent back the food. Worst when they served me non veg food despite asking the in flight attendants they said it was mentioned non veg food. I have proof in my ticket booking saying Cucumber sandwich and not chicken sandwich. I wrote to them but no reply yet. I would not recommend this airline to anyone. Make my trip too should very before providing this option to their customers
