Usually an AC bus is most comfortable in summers its best to travel in the early morning. Jamna Travels is the best.
Journey is almost of 12 hours and is a comfortable journey if you pick an AC bus there were enough stops for the travellers to have their meals throughout the way. Although the movie service wasn't provide but yeah, continuous romantic songs were played throughout the journey. The bus had charging facilities and they didn't provide pillows at all.
All the travellers should, must visit to Kashmir as it is considered as “Paradise on Earth”. One should remember to carry their woollen clothes because the temperature is quite down above in the mountains and should not eat much during the journey as it may lead to vomiting because of the curvy roads.

Imazine Hoidays deal was with AC car from Jamu to Srinagar and from Srinagar to Jammu; but they did not booked the car in that fashion and when we were charged (after boarding the car) they simply ( Mr. Rajendra of Imazine Holidays) said sorry they have missed out and they have asked us to pay extra for the AC.
We felt very bad and also felt that we have taken for a ride and we did not had any option as we were at the mercy of the car. As we have already started the journey and did not had any time or energy to re-plan the journey; we felt cheated in this case and we have to undergo a gruelling journey of heat and tremendous amount of dust for 10 hours and what could be a beautiful journey became a treacherous and horrible journey. Very bad start of the tour.
Also the driver, Mr. Rakesh ( hired by Imazine through local agent) used is a very rough driving attitude and uses slang and abusive languages while driving; Off-course his driving is good but very risky. Though we did not face any mishap but we did had some mere near miss! Which could have been fatal and it was a constant worry part in our mind and we did not have peace of mind while travelling.
Also the car was with us for six days in Kashmir; and we have travelled in Srinagar and also to Sonemarg , Gulmarg, Pahelgaon and back to Jammu. Throughout the journey the cab driver has taken us for a ride by deceiving and as he has got the arrangement with the locals at every places. He has literally cheated us by taking to the locals of his choice and thus compelled us to pay huge extra amount for the rides, guide charges etc. This we have realised late by that time we have coughed of very hard earned money and Mr. Rakesh has made his fortune by cheating us. We have believed him and he has cheated us.
I shall advise any traveller to Kashmir to be very much aware of the cab drivers and be rest assured that you are doing a very hard and good bargain ; please do not believe the cab drivers or at least do not take them on the face value; they are all connected with the locals and together they are going to rob you as there is no government control and one of the reasons the locals do not want a government control so that they can rob and cheat the hard earned money of the travellers. If government can put control on the locals resort to Huliganism and that is the simple reason of terrorism being generated in Jammu and Kashmir. The new central government should handle this with very high hand as the same had been done in Punjab , Assam , West Bengal etc.

Indigo is a good carrier one which is very punctual airline. Aircraft is new and seats are very comfortable. Even the interiors are very clean; there is ample leg space too. Overall very comfortable journey. Also that day it was the tickets were available at cheapest rates and the timings were convenient. Airport experience at Jammu is generally tedious and tiring. Numerous checks and security hurdles dampen your spirits. But once checked in and luggage identification done, you can relax. Enough seating place is available. Cafe is small but serves very good snacks and tea/coffee. Taxis are easily available on call and are the best way to reach the airport. There's hardly any time for service and entertainment as it is 40 minutes flight.
