The inflight cabin crew head Miss. Humaira was excellent on her job and responsibility. Co incidentally we travelled both to and fro in same Go Air flight. For us it was spl. Because my 6 months old Daughter first flight. Humaira really thanks a lot once again to you for such a nice hospitality. Infact she took our baby gently and helped my wife to step up on stairs while boarding. Luckily we found her both in to and fro travel.
My family provided with scattered seat, even though I chooses seat during booking via makemytrip. The Airindia boarding pass crew said I need to complain this to makemytrip as this not the way customer can self choose seat without extra pay. I am very dissatisfied and later had to request inhouse passenger if they can take the seat I was provided. So, that I can seat with my family . . Next, The security attended Krishna Kumar miss behaved with my wife and me for not allowing bottler of water. My son is having health issues (asthama and chronic cough & cold) needs lost of RO normal water. The police security Krishna Kumar, argued with my family and misbehaved even after explaining the health issue. I had to manage with two bottle which was a risky situation for me. I need an response on this rude behave and wish to have this escalated.
The flight from CCU to HYD wa scheduled G 5. 20 pm. They flight got delayed by 3 hrs. The staff kept us sitting in the craft without providing proper information. They kept saying, itís only 10 and the flight will take off. Passengers got irritated with the behaviour. They could easily switch the travel to some other airbus, but they made people wait inside. This shows how irresponsible and unprofessional GOAIR is. Some people have further work, which they missed because of the delay . . I strongly protest this kind of issues to happen, even for the first time. Airlines should take proper measure before running such services which involves money and time. I will never travel by GoAir and will suggest my friends and family not to use this Airline ever.
The indigo staff at Kolkata airport was inconsiderate to passengers needs. I was travelling with my wife and two infants. I went to the indigo counter and asked for assistance. The lady at the counter pointed at a guy who was working at the check-in counter and said he will help. However, that guy just ignored us and after waiting for 15 minutes we decided that I would have to take all luggage at baggage scanning and my wife would have to hold one infant and leave other on the floor while I went away for baggage scan. While I was at baggage scan my child had a near miss of accident and at the same time, I ended up dropping all their food packed from home near baggage scan . Further after issuing boarding pass again no assistance was given to us and I had to carry the child in one hand, my laptop bag on my back and childrenís essential bags in my hand. Which I had to remove and put back multiple times till I reached the plane . . If indigo can not hire people for assistance they should start charging for assistance and provide or else allow passengers to bring assistance till flight.
