Late night flight was delayed by more than 45 minutes causing lot of ripple effects. Communication about the same was not timely and regular. Why make passengers come early and wait for hours when you already know flight will be delayed. Taxi time was also longer and usual after the late night delay. Flight capacity is too large for a 45 minute journey, prefer the smaller flights . . Specially planned to take my mother in the intention of experiencing flying experience. The normal time and cost per head was about 6 hours and Rs. 450. For the flying experience, spent about 10 hours and about Rs 4000 per head. No prior information about delay was mentioned by anybodyj
