Hygiene at Mumbai Airport was poor

5.00/7

It was a good flight. Domestic terminal airport lounge access through priority pass was good; but poor hygiene at Mumbai airport. The airport was unclean, smelly tables, dirty chairs, no cups for coffee (remind-remind-wait-then stand in queue). Food spread is not adequate. People using the same plates, eating near food counters, using dirty hands to help second servings is disgusting. Servers clean tables with dirty towels, but use same unwashed hands to handle food! Disgusting hygiene sense! But I liked the fresh idli\'s at Mumbai airport lounge. Just avoid all other food, especially the fruits. But Mumbai Airport lounge at domestic terminal needs an urgent overhaul. Beauty of this lounge is that there are NO ANNOUNCEMENTS! Peace! But thank god that the Chennai lounge is closed for renovation. Chennai: Too noisy and irritating. Someone please ask airline staff for not making repeated, loud announcements for flight departure and reminders. But I didn\'t take any food on the flight, except the fruit platter. Food on Jet Airways was not good.

Nice Journey

6.00/7

The airport facilities are good but this airport needs an Upgradation Urgently. It lacks the latest check-in facilities n security measures n i m quite surprised by this bcoz Chennai is a metro city. Service is good but i wonder if this airport can handle large no of passengers. It will slow down considerably. No inflight entertainment in the flight as Indigo is a budget airline.

A trip with loads of fun

5.00/7

We had gone on a package to madras by train it was a good journey. There were lot of people in that group. My aunty, uncle, mom and I had a good time. Use to play housie housie in the train, only tea coffee snacks man use to come. It was fun we use to pass tunnel. The noise of the train was fun, it also had good view. It was a sleeper class, the toilet are clean, the bed was ok. Only reserved people could get in.

On time and good service by Jet

6.50/7

One of the reasons I like travelling by Jet is the Airline staff are always courteous and they have better food than most other Airlines on the domestic sector, which is important if you're travelling odd hours and don't have time to grab a bite. The other thing I've noticed is that Jet flights are usually on time unlike a SpiceJet or Air India which always seem to be delayed specially on the MUM-MAA sector.

Good flight service and staff are very helpful

6.00/7

I was travelling to Chennai for the very first time. And what better than our own Air India to take me there. I am surprised, pleasantly surprised how good our National Carrier is. Felt happy and proud of it. Staff was soft and kind, always helpful and smiling. They also served complimentary breakfast (I had a early morning flight), which was also good. Chennai was hot and humid though the experience was one to remember for a long while.
