My wife and son had the same experience as on their earlier flight DEL-BOM a couple of days earlier. Capturing below their feedback on the previous flight and can you believe it that your team did the same thing yet again !!! My platinum no 104731723 . . NIDAI JET AIRWAYS steward first gave options of veg and non bed to my young son and then offered food then took it back saying we were not eligible as it was you there the recent bistro scheme etc and said we could have coffee / tea for which I said yes but he went ahead & ignored our request .,, he went on To serve other passengers and when he returned after 25 mins poured tea to the aisle seat lady an didnít even bother to ask us . Is this what jet level of customer service is . While booking we didnít get an option of reordering meal and then you treat passengers like shit . The same thing happened while we were going to Mumbai also and I was prepared with my own snacks as your credit card machine wasnít working so the air hostesses would give us the sandwiches so we were left to starve during breakfast - but at the fag end she came and offered some left over meals which I refused as I was quite upset but my son was hungry so took one for him . If you are starting something like this - no frillls, then you should make necessary arrangements. Given a chance I would never want to travel jet but my husband is a jet privilege customer so he books us only on this . Lakshmi Iyer
Very very poor I was with my infants one is 2 year and another one is around 5 year but they have put all seats in different rows. 21 is for mother, 23 is for me, 27 is for my 5-year infant and 29 is for my 2-year infant. There staff also did not help me. very poor service provider.
I was denied boarding pass for the scheduled flight though before time in the line. I was accommodated in the next flight left at 8. 35 pm though scheduled for 6. 30 pm flight in go air . It is unthinkable with low head count and unable to manage the passengers in the ground at Mumbai airport.
