The worst part of the flight was the check-in part. There was no one manning the queue and people were breaking queue and getting ahead. People in India are blatant and disregard any conerns raised. They will do what they feel like without maintaining decorum unless an authority tells them to quite literally get back in line. The educated are the most uneducated of the lot Else things were fine. Took off late, managed to land on time.

Before this flight, INDIGO was probably the worst airline in my view and my last priority . After this flight, it is now surely the worst airline in my opinion and not even in my future options .

Two sectors that charged twice for the excess baggage with no availability to select direct flights compelled passangers with no option, however, the worst case scenario was the rudeness of the ground supervisor who spoke so loudly so other passengers can hear ‘you have to pay or you need to leave’, he was definitely biased towards northeasterners. What a shame to have such employee to disgrace the airline. Very poor service. Ridiculously Unprofessional.
