The staff seemed casual about the safety while take off and landing. They did not even instruct about seat belt and straightening recliner seat backs. Did not serve water. Upon asking, they said the water is finished in jug and didn't come back. The plane was shaking a lot while take off and was making so much noise that pa instructions were not audible.
I had informed ground staff at boarding counter that I have heart ailment and that due to an emergency I was waiting for baby food for my one and half year old kid. But no ground staff assisted me till check in nor did any one help me collect baby food from the entry gate . Extremely bad service and no co operation despite making them aware of my medical condition.
Traveller with famliy 3 adults and 2 infants . First of all no priority was given in check-in thougg asked for one as it was long queue and my son was crying . Go air staff did not bother to provide any assistance Second . They provided seats almost at end of plane and during landing only front door was open to get off the plane . They should have provided seats in front so that atleast we can exit quickly. Third . Generally when we travelled with others company like spice jet and indigo . They make sure lugauge comes first . But not with go air
I really got very good service from the cabin crew member named zaheer fazalbouy and Riya Kapoor. Who really served me awesome and was co-operative. The food I like most in this airlines is bhel and nachos which really worked good.
SpiceJet SG-524, Pune-Ahmedabad, Last minute announcement of delay of 2. 30 hours. % Different ground staff giving different reasons of delay. Manager - SpiceJet was non committal. Not ready to give anything in writing. Threatened passenger to handover them CISF when we were peacefully discussing in the presence of Airport Manager of Airport Authority. We were respectful and very smooth while talking to him. It must be in cctv cam. We did not budge to his threat. But SPICEJET is a liar airline and don't care about their passengers. This was experienced by most in past also.
