Very much impressed with the 4 flight attendants' attitude towards a BP patient who became serious during the flight. The 3 air hostesses and 1 steward were at their best hospitality and provided their best first aid to the patient and assisted his family with all the help that was needed. Keep up your good work.
Not at all happy with the service. We were automatically given the last seat which was too small for me. There was no assistance with the baggage and overall we hated the fact that we selected the airline.
I made a mistake of going to the Check in counter even though I had done the web check in. When I went to the check in counter, they told me to check in my cabin baggage as well. I usually carry the same bag as cabin baggage but never gets stopped for it . When I boarded the flight I could see bigger trollies and cabinn baggage than what I was carrying and which I had to check in due to the ground staff arrogant behaviour.
In spite of putting the "Fragile" label on a Check-in luggage, the crew has managed to damage the package and damaged it. When I spoke with a Air-Asia personnel who was at the baggage carousel she clearly told me that it was my fault that I had NOT packed it in plastic wrapping . Really ??? If I had wrapped it in plastic then the liquid spillage would have been "Contained" and I would have come to know about it only after I reached home. She was VERY adamant and wanted me to go online and fill some form-E and go ahead. My entire pleasant journey was turned "SOUR" because of this attitude of the airline staff member.
