Both our baggages were wet in water, the airline refused to even log a complaint. Pathetic service. The excuse offered was that it rained in the night due to which baggage trolley was filled with water.
Make sure you give cleanliness the priority it needs. Seats and window panes are never wiped clean I suppose. Even the toilet seat was soiled. Please work on it Airasia rather than chanting that you have won 10 times in a row being the best low cost airline.
Festival season is just the money making opportunity for these airlines . After spending so much on a single flight . We are asked to pay extra just for an aisle seat . All they have is middle seat for everyone . The check-in process was also hindered due to these reasons by many passengers . You are introducing flight to kuala lumpur for 6k and here you are charging way more than that even booking 3 months before . Thanks for the worst experience ever
Ve very pleasant flight very comfortable staff is very good overall is very good experience with Air Asia we would like to travel again and again with Air Asia thanks MakeMyTrip for excellent services thanks
Ground staff was highly arrogant- customer service staff was behaving as if they are obliging the customers. One customer had over weigh on his luggage by 8 Kgs and one of your staff gave instructions to other staff to charge him for 10kgs. Precooked meal was cold and sambhar had run out of its packing into the rest of the food. It was soggy and cold
