I and my fiancee was allocated different seats on same row. The boarding pass issuer didn't do anything even upon multiple request . The luggage collection after arrival was horrible and it took around 1 hour to get the luggage. Really bad experience.
Air Asia is a fradulent company. They sell extra ticket than the actual capacity and consider extra sold tickets will be balanced by passenger cancellation. When that not happens they start delaying in boarding pass counter and ensure you are less than 45 mins of schedule departure time. As soon as 45 mins cross they will come in group and say that we are late so no boarding pass will be allowed . They hired some BPO people to handle the counter who even don't know how to talk. Anyway while in cheating business communication is very important so Air Asia should train their fellow associates on proper cheating guidelines . Buying an air asia ticket is actually worse than buying a train unreserved ticket. Because in train you can atleast board it. The same incident happened with my family on 25th sept 2018 in Pune. I was travelling with 1 month old new born and these pack of thieves first denied to give boarding pass and then insulted atleast 15 passengers. Finally forced us to leave Air port with abbusive language.
The Baggage which was checked in at Pune was damaged beyond use. This was shown to the Jetairways desk in front of No. 8 belt at Kolkata Airport. He had taken pictures and had written down my complaint. So far there is no response from the Airlines. I wonder what is the action taken by the Airlines.
Baggage handling and check in could not be worse than this . . Your staff will tell to change the lanes when they almost reach the point of their service saying eg you don't have a printed boarding pass. So quit the lane and go back to the queue . The long queue shows I sufficiently staff.
This was a brand new bag, look what the hell AirAsia has done to this While landing at Kolkata I found my brand new skybag damaged from all the corner, bag was almost got teared and in a very bad condition that I couldn't even able to recognized it. Its a brand new skybag turn into a damaged product just for Airasia Most important is that my seal was broken, played with the combination lock and bag was opened. I ensued and checked my seal was proper at PNQ drop counter I did mentioned the staff at counter at Pune, I have some valuable items, please handle with care. He asked me to sign, I did that but still my bag has been handled in such a bad way it got damaged Air asia staff along with the security staff have examined and found my bag in damaged condition without seal and lock in open condition They have the pics of the Bags boarding pass Initially I didn't get any proper resolution but when I insist to talk to manager then I have been told they will lodged my complaint 1. Even if I told multiple times in counter that please handle with care still no proper action has been taken and I found my item broken inside the bag along with a brand new bag got as a damaged bag 2. Why my bag seal is broken, got tampered with the combination locked and my bag is opened. I found my bag unlocked during receiving and things were scrambled in it Verified by the staff at Kolkata don't why AirAsia started stealing stuff from baggage? Seriously disgusting airline I need to know why my bag is opened?
