For check in baggage they have one person one bag policy now which should be removed. Otherwise not flying jet anymore . . The flight was empty yet they charged us for some over baggage. Whereas I flew vistara for mum to del and indigo from del to Udaipur and they didn't charge us. That was so stupid of jet Either serve good quality food or seriously just don't. The wrap was all ou maida paratha. Yuck
This particular trip was a night mare as I was travelling with my 3 children, and the flight kept delaying and the got diverted to Ahmedabad Why should Idigo let the ATC Udaipur not allow you to land when you were just 7mins away to land I personally spokt to Mr. Kuldeep Singh who is the ATC director and he said it was pilots call not to land and divert. Long story short we got harassed due to private jet allowed and given preference to land. This is ridiculous and such matter should be taken up seriously for not rescheduling flights just because a private function is happening in the city and they got priority.
In spite of a fragile tag on the bag, my bag was broken from 4 places - I fail to understand this kind of miss handling of luggage by indigo staff. When we spoke with your luggage handling staff, they were extremely rude and were offering 1000/- compensation for any kind of bag damage. My bag was for 2500/- and a new one, why should I accept your flat compensation- also, she started bargaining with compensation. Pathetic complaint handling ability and knowledge. She had to contact her superior for higher approvals . Kindly ensure we are compensated the value of the bag ASAP . Without any further delay.
You broke the clip of my bag and now it can not be closed. The service and the answer I received were shameful and this is not a way to relate to the customer. You have not taken responsibility for the fact that you broke and I am going to post about your poor service and lack of responsibility for your customers' equipment. The flight (AI644) from Udaipur was delayed by 2hr that in turn affected our onwards flight from Mumbai. When we landed in Mumbai it was only 20 min in hand until the flight departure. There was no special assistance from airline staff provided for us to react quickly to the boarding gates. On contrary the staff made us rush somehow to reach on time! There was an old lady who was finding it very difficult to walk faster, but still, no one provided them assistance either a wheelchair or a transport vehicle to travel quickly. I would say there was no communication between the staff about how to quickly get the passengers transiting from a delayed flight!
